I'm just saying::: common shares of Worldwide Diversified Holdings, Inc ("WDHI"). The dividend date is for shareholders of record on December 16, 2022 and the anticipated payment date is December 30, 2022 subject to an effective registration statement.

WDHI is not a publicly traded company and you may need to get a legal opinion when you go to cash those shares in, which can cost up to $800. for the legal opinion ..... I have been stuck in that position before, not enough information in that PR

It sounds good, too good, is it a red flag? you decide, I am gonna pass.
