SO to me this indicates pretty much all is done, SHORT OF the disbursement of funds.

AND there is PLENTY OF TIME LEFT in 2022, to disclose it as a 2022 taxable event, EVEN IF IF IF THOSE FUNDS are NOT DISTRIBUTED in 2022 they have been committed to legacy holders and IT WOULD THEN BE a 2022 taxable even IF IF IF one is a holder OF RECORD prior to the end of the year.

EVEN if it is 11:59:59 on DEC 31rst as it matters NOT when ya got the funds but when the funds actually became YOURS ON PAPER.
