I also wondered but never really check.. If a order is partially filled, guess TD still charges the $6.95, than say if ask increases and edit rest of order to slap that, do you get charged another $6.95?

As a principle thing, that's messed up imo but I dont notice it...

Lastly, I got an email that schwab and td accounts will FINALLY merge in 2023.

I told schwab didnt charge fee for otc trades but on quick search it says they do..
