the financial side of it blows for everyone. having the "life sucked out of me" stems more from watching in disbelief how our own government and court system do this to the companies, their employees, the shareholders, and endanger the housing market all at the same time. Then I have to read that the taxpayers are gonna pony up $36 billion to bail out a mismanaged pension fund by Teamsters union. I'm guessing they lost a boatload with that fella in the bahamas...
