Umm well maybe that's exactly why..?
your friend comes to pick you up for a night out as expected at 8p.m. he waits patiently for 15 min, begins to get antsy the next 15 min and then frustrated the next 15 minutes ..will you wonder why he can't wait patiently for another 2 hours when he waited so patiently the first 15?
Isn't there a grace or waiting period that is within the realm of reasonable but after which the impatience sets in??

So Keith, long-term capital gains are considered taxable income as we all know So, if you sell your GVSI shares for a net profit of under $41,676 with no other taxable income your tax will be zero, correct? Any profit above that $41,675 will be taxed at 15% or 20%, correct ?
