There likely is no deal. Read the OC filing and report. Simple change in control and Bill Wright got out of company with indemnification for all of his acts as CEO. I posted the link to the filing earlier. Did the bond holders repo everything? They had $14 MIllion they lost with Billy and CGRA.

Why the F would they announce a new CEO, before the 'Deal' is announced , what a circus jerk!!!
