IDK...Im Really disappointed & Frustrated too and I don't have an answer. I have the same problem when I call ...I have a lot of shares bought at a high price :(. Our only hope is Russell gets his act together and gets the company current.

This was over a 3 mos period. I have not received a single response from anyone (if there is anyone) at the company.

All signs point to the death of this stock and we just haven't been notified yet. As always I could be wrong.
