That is some revelation. So let me get this straight. Isn't transferring assets a child's strategy in avoiding a judgment,
It is the basic move that any debtor makes once they find out that they have a judgement against them. Please don't tell me that we have spent $5 million in this litigation and the fact that they have transferred assets without fair consideration to family members is now going to be a major impediment to collecting. That conclusion would be quite sad
