PPI is the thing to watch. it is absolutely MORE important. You can ONLY have consumer inflation IF the producers have higher costs and pass it on. it is economics 101. here is the thing, if they decide NOT TO pass the cost on they eat the loss. Either way NOT GOOD for the future path.

Tomorrow at 8:30 decides whether we enter another new wave up or drop hard. Tomorrow or not till Next year. PPI has been trending down over 4 months now. if it spikes up again like JOBS and WAGES just did we are in the 80's period of inflation.
