Actually the path is very predictable

not an easy predictable path

There will be tweets & maybe even the excitement of an 8-K announcing 'agreement' or 'cooperation' or whatever and perhaps PPS will finally bust a move.

Some will trade it effectively like all other OTC pumps, while others will ride it up (again), and all the way back down (again).

Nothing at all is difficult about paths or releasing news to the investment community unless you are a bankrupt scam artist.
