I don't normally make predictions, but...
Remember, in the first 14C, they were talking about raising the AS's to 65B shares.
I think they figured out that saying it too early, wasn't helpful to them. So the next filing, they removed it.
I think as soon as they complete their move to a state where every move isn't shown with the click of a mouse, the increase will happen. (As soon as they need it.)
If dilution wasn't on their minds, they wouldn't have had that in the first filing.
Instead, there would have been a share reduction. (Authorized)
I think they are moving to Delaware. That's why they have let Wy. go Delinquent.

Yeah, I read about BOMO 2.0 in the shareholder letter. Very intrigued by what could happen after the split.
