Chen was so close to achieving his dream of being a big conglomerate on NASDAQ ( with his wine ). No reverse Split or 10Q makes me believe that the CCP did not like Chen or Tang's expansion plan. And so they put a halt, almost similar to what they did to Jack Ma (BABA).
