Sorry for jumping in on this, but I believe the Exhibit List is what was provided at the preliminary hearing. It would be the list of documents, witness statements, and other evidence the prosecutors intend to present at his 1/3/23 arraignment. The judge uses all the info that will be presented at the arraignment to decide if there is enough probable cause to go to trial.
The defense can also cross-examine as part of this process. If the judge decides to proceed, the pre-trial stuff will begin soon afterward.
They would even have the twitter admission from CEO Pete soon after his felony arrest where he basically admitted to what he did. They can also present evidence of his past court cases involving Petey beating another woman and his kid. Apparently he is not paying child or spousal support. I think this amounts to $6K per month and it just keeps adding up.
One can purchase documents related to the case, including minute orders and other orders like the new criminal protective order (in place until 2025). His case is #SWF2101245 at Riverside Superior Court, criminal division. I have not purchased any documents from them, yet.
