They will not report the off-balance sheet assets.
Those will be distributed separately which is what the preferred stock dividend was probably about.

Isn't this a bit of a Moment 22? In order to distribute the preferred divdend they must become SEC reporting. And in order to become SEC reporting they must disclose their assets in a filing. Unless they disclose all assets, they can not become SEC reporting and if they are not SEC reporting they can not distribute the preferred dividend.

Have I got this wrong?
