Whatever we do will be on top of what donezepil did. If 4+ points at 28 weeks isn't a success then I guess I view it differently. Meeting the primary endpoint is my concern at this point and trial is powered for it to be stat significant supposedly. We have additional trials and doses and cycles to perfect in order to claim reversal I suppose. Actual score improvement is difficult. 4 pts better than SOC seems pretty notable. No reason for a goalpost change.
