Going to take more than a licensing agreement to support the PP. You will note that I didn't comment on what the PR said. Only that someone knew ahead of the PR that it was coming...LOL

I have a number of live stream L2 stocks up on my screen. It was an easy call the other day to see that something was up on BRTX. Especially since it has been dead for so long with no activity.

It is nice seeing Lance put all the pieces in place. This is going to be one of those slow-moving movies.
