If this goes to $7 and does a one for 10 Reverse split it would go to $70 before they scare people down to $50 and bounce it up to $500 so they can forward split to get the longs more shares. If there is a dividend I don't see any harm there because the paperwork can still get approved for NASDAQ after Johnny prints the records off his computer and submits paperwork.
