I may not have many shares, but I’ll sign up my 141,000 towards a shareholder meeting. It seems like since they have a majority number of shares they can just hold a meeting in private and vote how they want instead of holding public meetings and see how we all think. Once he went public with this company, so that he could get share holder money, he has an obligation to inform us of what this company is doing, good or bad.
