That's right, but DTGI's ownership in the NEW DTGI will only be around 30%, and we hav
e no idea if the MEOA buyers will sell out immediately for their quick profit. If they do sell out, the value of the new DTGI could drop precipitously.

Also, I may have missed it in all of the hoopla, but is a name change forthcoming at the time of the merger as well?
