Man, how many times have I read "somebody knows something" on dead stocks...? If you look at the chart for the last year, you'll see a few of these "runs" (if you can call it that) in the PPS without the slightest hint of a catalyst for it, probably some flippers playing with a stock that has been kinda dead.
