Time will tell.about Dubai, continued increasing revenues and audited Financilas. Took some nice profits up in pennies. Holding a bunch above water still. Cautiously optimistic. Read Tweets, Press release, and old Zoom meetings where it was made clear that the stock dividends are RESTRICTED for one year.
