They are not communicating, they are Stalling, which is different. They cant make any noise, they want to keep a low profile, they do not care about us at all, the only reason they might attempt to give us something is because if they might come out on the spotlight or more exposed, the $hit will hit the Fan and everyone around will get dirt. Nobody wants their business to be around the street, they will come forward to talk to us before someone big reaches out from the dark and pull them over the big, RED, chair. He is buying time!!!
