It is called mismanagement. It is like JK lives in a vacuum room. Never leaves. He texts a flunky out in the office that responsible for the action and asks "how is it going? When can I expect the 8k to be released?" The flunky afraid to give a negative response says "tomorrow" having no idea when they 'accurately' can send it in. In turn, JK tells kev (or any other frequent tweeter) in response to his daily tweets that the 8k will be out tomorrow.
That is NOT management as I have grown to understand it. The CEO 'manages' to get straight answers from the people VXIT pays to do the job. Unequivocally, the CEO demands an accurate understanding on the status of ANY major event - to include issuing an 8k.
A 'good' manager would expect nothing less. JK absolutely doesn't mind providing misinformation just to get people off his back - and enjoying it as well. That's my story and I am sticking to it.
