Ton, well said!
You summed up things pretty well.

Not only did shareholders lose big with the clown show, but a number of employees will be out of a job and standing in bread lines.

Once they close their doors, the soon to be, last one out turn off the lights, will find out what happens to their share value when a company pulls the plug on a business on life support. In the real business world, this company should have pulled the plug years ago.

The OTC is the wild west for investing. You should know that before you put money in,and know the risk. Business plans change on a regular basis when trying to build a company, especially when dealing with short interest by wolves that know most companies fail at this stage. So they short everything and know percentage wise they will always come out on top in the grand scheme of things. However, sometimes a company will make it through these difficult times.Usually because they have something valuable! And I think the patents they hold on certain technology are the key! IMO. Which makes me think that if the small company that wants to go big can't get it done,Some Big company with lots of money to back them up WILL! That's my hope. It's just annoying reading the same shit every day from people that bash their own investment, while helping the shorts destroy our little company! What it is,is what it is! Deal with it! Don't invest in the OTC if you don't understand it. Good luck!
