Astute traders are aware the post replied to is 3 years old, 2019. Since that time the company has changed names, symbols, officers, etc. Much has changed - some for the good, some not so much. Too silly.
TO RECAP WRFX 2019:
- Fake Disclosures
- Fake Financials
- Mick reported he’d hired Eide Bailly to perform an audit, but failed to say they were not engaged to perform a financial audit
- Eide Bailly did not issue an opinion
- Dark on OTCMarkets
- WRFX has not submitted financial disclosures since the first quarter
- Pink No Information on OTCMarkets
- Mick and Brad both signed off on false financials, misleading investors / perspective investors
- Brad Listermann filed against James "Mick" Davis.
- Mick claimed to have filed a cross-complaint against Listermann
- Mick claimed the cross-complaint against Brad would include various breaches of fiduciary duties, interference with contract and prospective economic advantage, forgery, fraud, and professional negligence, malpractice.
- Mick claims Brad left WorldFlix functionally insolvent (**Why was this not discovered PRIOR to taking over as Interim CEO? Who would take over a pink sheet OTC company known for misinformation, and Not thoroughly investigate their financial situation?)
- Mick accused Brad in November 2019 of neglecting his fiduciary duty in trade for his lifestyle requirements and personal self-enrichment. (**How many times did factcheckers state that in the YEARS before Mick stated it?)
- Brad allegedly hacked WRFX’s legacy FB page (**WRFX is supposedly in data security products, based on their disruptive security technology and encrypted communication services securing their existing business platforms. Doesn’t appear to be secure at all).
- Paranotek claims to be the company’s wholly owned security subsidiary.
- WRFX claims to be in the business of information security.
- WRFX claims to seek criminal charges / file a civil action
- A criminal complaint report was filed with the FBI according to WRFX
- The Interim CEO is still Interim CEO
- WRFX Audit turned out Not to be a financial audit after all
