Seems that they are fighting with Nasdaq compliances...more than 6 monthds with pps less than 1...they said have a hearing with them...it is very speculative right now...a R/S could be a good way to go out from the woods

A little late to correct too many expenses ...growing on sales , loosing money...can take 20 years as amazon...but one in 100s
