Quick Question:
Would you invest in an IPO for a company(ies) that were in a Conservatorship with the Conservator having the right to sweep you profits at any time and in any amount they saw fit?

Hint: There's not going to be any IPO in this current state of affairs.

agree

and I think if SP/LP is forgiven or called paid back by $300B

then we can even absorb the dilution from WTS - let GOV have 100B - and we are still at say $25 a share ----

key is that "it is paid off" -- and yes - your 10 years ---- wherein F and F can not pay dividends on JPS or common until they hit "set reserve levels"

That would explode common to say 5-10
That would explode JPS to say 50% of PAR and they grow each year to PAR over 10
