I assume that you missed the update on the OS's today? It just went up by more than 1.6B in the last couple of weeks.
YES, just the last couple of weeks. (Check the sticky)
And if they didn't intend on using those additional 25B shares, they would have used a smaller number.
When is the last time a Stinky Pinky raised their AS's and then didn't use them.
I venture to say NEVER.
And if you'll look into that share reduction earlier this month, they said it was because of a duplication. In other words, there was a clerical error that they had to rectify.
Like I said the first week of these guys showing up.
There is a reason that they found someone like CONrad Huss.
It's because they belong in the same boat.
They are great at raising funds, but with little to show for it.
