Have you done any DD? Audit was to be completed by the end of Oct. obviously there’s been some delay. Obviously the audit is close to completion if the company is withholding financials. The OS here was over 500 mill and one point, soon to be under 200 million. This share cancellation will be approved just like all the others.

According to their Twitter statement share cancellation will be approved by Friday, and as regards the audit that process is in the final stage and it takes time to be finalized, so it will happen we just have to be patient with this one. They have a lot on their plate and aiming for great goals to take this company to a higher level. $NXMR$

We are not updating or uploading financials until we get the green light from the CPA, and pushing for information will not speed it up, it will happen, and 25 million shares will be approved by Friday to take of A/S and O/S. $NXMR
