We have 1 meaningful case left in the 5th circuit. 1 pending scotus acceptance and 2 remands.

We have two remands that are contingent on the 5th circuit outcome or weather scotus will take our case and then the outcome of that scotus case.

Bureaucrats are not going to help. Biden Admin wont. If Trump wins, the trump admin might exit fnf out of cship. Who knows.....go figure
