You may be right about QB status. BZWR has not reported any notification of deficiency, to my knowledge. Maybe there was a best closing bid @ $0.01 recently that I didn't find.

Meanwhile, indeed BZWR is a long-term hold. If everyone would share in our view of that, there would be few sellers and the price would begin to make some progress again.

For the OTCQB, it is based on the bid not the closing (unless the rule was changed recently,but i doubt it).

All OTCQB companies must meet the minimum bid price of $.01 per share at the close of business of at least one of the previous thirty (30) consecutive calendar days; in the event that the price falls below $.01, the company will begin a grace period of 180 calendar days to maintain a closing bid price of $.01 for ten consecutive trading days;

Just a note. the 180 day grace period (cure period) as noted with my post just before has been amended to 90 days
