What is the perception? Taking salary and shares for 12 years may not be legally unethical, but it has a strong smell of wrongdoing. What has been done for the shareholders? Absolutely Nothing, but he and his friends have the share power to vote him whatever he wants. That’s the perception part I don’t like! He literally controls the company and we have No Say! JMHO
