FINRA is dead. They won't even acknowledge there ever was an attempt to change the ticker at this point. The big question right now is what happened to the audit. That should have been a straight forward task. Q4 is nearly gone and the audit was supposed to have been completed back in Q3 (or originally Q1 per the January company update). That's another issue they don't want to discuss. (I doubt it was even started.) As it stands, Matt and Brian are struggling to handle the regulatory demands of being an OTC Pink company. There is no way they'd be able to handle the demands of being on NASDAQ.
