False. There are many more told and untold stories of people looking inside the box to get the goodies. This is common sense if the box is rattling or heavy there is something in it to find. An exception is if the box is surely empty and you can't find any foam it is worth a look to see what is in the box just in case. That said I do not need any foam and shall not look in Johnny's head.
