Yes, you are missing something. Your statement is entirely speculative. That's a PPS loan ALREADY FORGIVEN. The so called "whistleblower" was a disgruntled employee of the California subsidiary. He was fired well before the PPS funds were spent. DOJ is obligated to investigate. The company keeps good books and is fully cooperating. DOJ priority is on the really serious wholesale PPS fraud cases, not on minor nitpicking. Not going anywhere.
