The Bureau was given its power and they won't relinquish it to The Baer. He directed the items to be removed from the ring area in violation of the permit and the Bureau took exception to that. See 2nd paragraph below from SFRX themselves.

It would be akin to a builder covering up uninspected MEP's with drywall, or even insulation for that matter, and then telling the inspector AFTER the fact, as if it was no big deal.

There are certain people you just don't piss off, and a bureaucrat with power is one of them.

Now, as EXPL recovers more treasure the public won't be made aware. EXPL is dark, not defunct, and at least 90% of its shareholders are fine with that, but thanks for your concern. It really means a lot.
