I know several lawyers… not a single one of them is taking off from thanksgiving until after years… you might find a high level partner or such doing that - but in that case who cares - that would not be the employee / professional doing this task

I think both QNTA and the attorney have been working on trying to find a solution for a while! Finally, Arthur feels it time they have start communicating with the investment community. Building interest and credibility is the only way for a buyout to happen. They should have never gone silent.
