Nobody screwed up except for those who sold their shares and are no longer holding and shorts who borrowed shares , sold them, thinking they would be able to get them back then couldn't.
Telogis was not earning enough to buy ALL of RMTD.They were generating maybe $20 million in revenue in 2010 (Not enough to buy RMTD, and about $140 million when Verizon picked them up. So...Verizon too only has a piece of RMTD and all of Telogis at this point in time for about 1 Billion.
RMTD is and always has been worth much more than Telogis.
Verizon or some other big name will be back for the rest, which will INCLUDE US.
