Hi carrp302,
SIRC's Account Receivables are only $5,511,696.

Their Accounts Receivables of $76,976,192 are work in progress. If I am wrong about what I put below will someone, please tell me.
If I am right will everybody get of the subject.

$76,976,192 are work in progress which I believe means partial receivables on jobs in progress.
The complete receivables for the jobs will be invoiced when completed.
Then it would become a regular accounts receivable.
Cashflow is a killer.
