LUNA was acquired through a tax-free share exchange for 600 million common, voting shares of IDIG. LUNA was founded in 2014 to develop and market a line of affordable, world-class Android smartphones. LUNA has negotiated and executed a perpetual licensing agreement with Microsoft Corporation to be protected under their global patent portfolio.
