Yes you are correct, however some including myself are wondering if you have 10000 TMNA shares or 10000 MICT shares then you will still have 10000 MICT shares post merger correct.... and If you have 10000 TMNA shares off an OS of 1.2B and now going to 590m then we will have less shares of MICT from TMNA?
This is also what Ive been seeing, and I did happen to buy both MICT and TMNA because of these descrepancies.
Unless my math and or understanding of Dozi's share percentage is incorrect.
In the end another poster did some numbers and $6.75 is about book value of new share structure post merger of 590 million. Will still bring multiples to all of us here.
Correct me or provide more information. I do like having more TMNA over MICT because if something does happen TMNA is the company with the business, and not MICT... and for that reason i put more into TMNA.
