You don’t especially since it was liquidated to nothingness selling off all of its assets to the highest bidder LOL!! If it’s all in black and white post up some proof of you can LOL
No one is arguing that it wasnt in a restructuring. I mean they declared bankruptcy. In this case only the debt was adjusted and creditors got what they could in an orderly fashion.
