Using the postal service.as an example, If I normally bought .a 50 postage stamp and the postal service decided to create a 10/1 RS on stamps, would I then have to pay the equivalent of 10 stamps @ .50 and receive a $5:00 stamp? That’s $5 either way. What a concept! At the end of the day, it’s still $5.00. Who is the architect of this brilliant mathematical formula?
