Legal Eagles, Correct me if I am wrong...Typically, I think the 'Responses' date is stipulated as two weeks from when a Brief is filed by the 'initial party' ie., Rex Wu filed his Brief on Nov 15th, 2022 by the due date of Nov 16th, 2022. Typically then, the Date for response by LBHI would have been 14 days from Nov 16th, which would be Nov 30th, 2022; Or let's even say by Dec 1st, 2022, if we account for the Thanksgiving day holiday...But for some reason, Judge Englemeyer is giving more time to LBHI and has stipulated Dec15th 2022 as the Due date for its 'Appellee Response'.
