Thanks for posting this & Thanks to Rex Wu for fighting for CTs to force LBHI.

I am not sure how long LBHI can continue to prolong this without breaking Securities laws & Dodd-Frank(Need to be compliant with the 'Tier 1 Capital' Requirements, for 'Emergent' LBHI). As they don't want to get into "Illegal Territory", I think LBHI is dragging this POR Closure....Thanks to Rex Wu, I hope LBHI will be forced to file a Brief by Dec 15th, 2022.

Thanks to you and Rex. What is the likely outcome? Does this need addressed before LEHMAN comes out of bankruptcy? Are there any large holders who may support REX and settle?

Is this to get neuberger preferred shares parity? The lawsuits have changed so many times I’m not sure what exactly the lawsuits are for anymore
