I'm not in the "sky is falling" camp but I am in the "enough is enough" camp.

I'm seriously and respectfully asking, what progress has been made?

We have been a month or two away from closing since Feb 2021 when they said close in April. Here we are almost two years later and still closing in a month or two, maybe.

I'm sure the size and shape of the hope and dream has changed over time but it's still all just LOIs and PRs and we know where the bank deposits those ...
