Re outstanding shares vs authorized shares vs shares in the treasury ...

Authorized shares are how many a company can issue, but I've seen some ambiguity in terminology between issued shares and outstanding shares.

Some speak of outstanding shares as the total amount of shares issued AND already in the hands of shareholders/investors. Others (I've seen this in the previous RNVA 10-Q) seem to differentiate between issued shares and outstanding shares, where any difference represents shares 'still in the treasury.'

The question for RNVA is: is it's O/S the total # of shares 'out there,' or are there shares that have now been 'printed' that are in the treasury (but are not the full balance of the A/S), but not yet released to investors/shareholders, but are otherwise 'ready to go.'

Any thoughts?
