Fisher got the last word and made HCMC case.
HCMC found a niche market, innovated and sought and
obtained patent protection on its innovation after a thorough
examination before the Patent Office. HCMC should not have its
rights taken from it based on the very same technology that the
examiner considered in granting the patent. There is no
indication that the examiner misunderstood the teaching of
Robinson. HCMC’s claim should be confirmed. Thank you
