It does look like a Break-out has begun, with a well organized move up, most likely,
to the .05+ target price, in conjunction with the Liquidity Event's, and . . .
the Up-listing to the NASDAQ or NYSE !!!

As for the Name Change; That will have to happen prior to
the filing of the UP-listing ! I'm guessing it will
show up this week or next !!!

Point .0025 was a very impressive close today !!!
