Likely the roll outs include sample drops… if the distributor doesn’t have the will or incentive to push onto shelves then stays in dusty storage.

For Walmarts they should ? have displays and designated shelf space?

Further , if unaccompanied with marketing muscle then beyond the first ‘roll out’ staying on and owning the shelf space requires $ and persistence.
